She is a highly respected trainer specialising in Leadership & Management Programs and also Workplace Trainer Courses. She is a much sort after speaker at national and international conferences. Carmel’s Creditability as a business Consultant and Trainier is enhanced by her business credentials reputation and experience. Carmel’s role is responsible for ensuring that all facets of the organisation comply with the requirements of State and National Training Authorities, and other relevant government departments as well as ensuring the SCILI training team maintain the quality SCILI is renowned for.

Gloria is an experienced trainer and assessor who, for the past three decades, has extended her creative and professional competence across various industries. she has provided training and assessment services in senior management, disability services, career guidance, trainer, and assessor roles in private and public organisations. Gloria currently specialises in lead quality system auditing, research, strategic and business planning, education and project management and many more.
Dianne McInnes
Trainer and Curriculum Developer
Di is a very experienced trainer who has been in education and training for over 20 years both in Australia and overseas. Her special skill is her flexibility yet she is structured and focused so her students are empowered to draw from their own real life and workplace experiences to enhance their knowledge and skills. She currently specialises in Cert IV Training and Assessment and Frontline Management Courses.

Jack has expertise in adult education, training texts, workplace training & assessment. He has a lifelong involvement in education and workplace training at all levels as teacher, principal, lecturer and administrator. . His expertise lies in writing, editing and publishing training texts. He has designed, implemented, managed, delivered and evaluated various workplace training and assessment programs for numerous industry groups. He is a popular choice for industry organisations who require a ‘Big Picture Approach’ to training outcomes.
Julie Hutchin

Julie’s life has been a wonderful tapestry of experiences making her an effective and successful trainer in the areas of TESOL, Language, Literacy and Numeracy and Workplace Training and Assessment. She has home tutored via ‘The School of Distance Education Cairns’, worked on education and community programs with the Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Community and more recently has been a Trainer and Assessor for online distance training.

Noriko Devine
General Manager
Noriko brings a wealth of teaching and administrative experience to SCILI , having established a language school in Japan and owned and operated Childcare Centres in Australia. She administrates and monitors SCILI courses, students and staff. She is responsible for International marketing and projects. She highly values quality service as well as quality education
