Southern Cross International Learning Institute (SCILI) is providing a variety of training programs in Business and Management, Financial Services, Aged Care and Workplace Training.

SCILI offers our corporate clients an obligation free consultation where we will provide specialist assistance to customise your learning solutions to suit your individual workers, your group or your needs. There are a number of incentives available to employers – generally $4,000 for each eligible trainee. You should contact a local Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) who can supply you with detailed information on the range of benefits available.

Cost Effective
Employers who want a highly cost effective approach to develop existing staff working in your branches or head office which will provide long term benefits to your organisation. Companies that invest in skill development are more productive and are more likely to attract and retain skilled workers.
Government Incentives
There is no cost to the employer for training as incentive payments from the Commonwealth Government. Employers can apply to employees who do not have tertiary qualifications. This funding pays the course fees for their employee’s training.
Recognise Prior Learning (RPL)
A Trainee program may grant course credits for any skills the trainee may have already as well as their prior experience in the workplace, potentially reducing their formal training time. RPL is ‘competency base’ which means the Trainee can complete their training sooner if they get to the required skills levels.
