COURSE OUTLINE:
The course is designed to meet the needs of people who are working in, or plan to work in the training sector in industry while at the same time recognising that the delivery of training and education in a VET context requires wider and more diverse skills, knowledge and competence.
The philosophical basis of the program is the application of the principles and practices embedded in TAE10 to the delivery of quality services to meet the organisational needs and learner needs in relation to training and assessment.
